Wrong or Defective Items:
If you have received incorrect items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@mizonafashion.com to discuss the issue.

Dissatisfied with Your Purchase?
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

The costs for returning items are your responsibility. Please ensure that the items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Send the return using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we do not take responsibility for damaged or lost items during return transport.

Return Form:
Make sure the return form is approved. Without approval, your return cannot be processed.

  2. Send Your Item Back:
    Ship the items to the return address you received from us. Ensure your package has a Track & Trace code. You remain responsible for the shipping, so avoid misunderstandings by tracking your package properly.

  3. Receive Your Refund:
    Once we have received your package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
